Orders cancelled at least 14 days prior to pickup date will receive a credit for 50% of the total, which is good for six months following the cancellation date. The remaining 50% will be refunded. Orders cancelled 13 or fewer days prior to pick up date will not be refunded. If Fat Cat Cookie Company must cancel an order, a full refund will be issued. Design and/or color changes within 14 days of pickup may incur additional fees and may not be possible.

No refunds will be provided for cookies not picked up during the pick up window. Please text me at 775-298-1721 if you are unable to make your chosen pick up day and time. You may incur additional fees for rescheduling your pick up after a missed pick up window.
